Last year our team completed a planning study for Bunker Hill Community College looking at the replacement of an existing temporary facility, Building M, which at that time housed academic classrooms.
The study looked at feasibility of creating a new permeant facility housing classrooms, and relocating other campus services into the new facility to free up more valuable space elsewhere.
These studies are particularly important steps in proper campus management looking at alternatives and presenting options for the evolution of an academic campus over time.
